Which teams have qualified for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations?

The qualification process for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) is nearing its conclusion. Following the international break in October, fans now know seven national teams that have secured their spots for the final tournament, which will take place in December 2025 through January 2026.
As a reminder, the tournament will be hosted across six cities in Morocco. As the host nation, Morocco automatically qualifies for the event, although they have still participated in the qualification rounds.

The final stage of AFCON 2025 will be held from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026. The tournament dates have been adjusted to end earlier than usual (traditionally in early February) due to the new format of the UEFA Champions League, which will feature matches in late January.
A total of 24 teams will compete in the final stage of the tournament.
Reigning AFCON champions: Ivory Coast, who claimed the title in 2023 after defeating Nigeria 2-1 in the final.
