What a guest! World football superstar makes special visit to African giants
One of world football's biggest legends has made a memorable appearance in South Africa.
Details: According to iDiski Times, legendary former Arsenal and France striker Thierry Henry visited Kaizer Chiefs' headquarters in Naturena, where he met members of the Motaung family. The visit was captured in photographs shared on social media, with Henry posing alongside a club representative while holding an orange Kaizer Chiefs jersey bearing his surname and the number 14.

The Frenchman's visit comes ahead of one of the biggest fixtures in South African football. On October 31, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are scheduled to meet in the Soweto Derby at FNB Stadium. Henry's attendance at the match was previously confirmed by the Premier Soccer League, with the former striker visiting South Africa as a Betway ambassador.
The meeting in Naturena brought Henry together with the family behind one of South Africa's most famous football institutions. Kaizer Chiefs were founded by Kaizer Motaung in 1970, and their headquarters are located in Naturena. The photographs show the French legend smiling as he holds the club's distinctive orange shirt.
The number 14 on the jersey is particularly symbolic, as Henry famously wore it during his time at Arsenal. It's worth noting that the Frenchman remains Arsenal's all-time leading scorer with 228 goals in 377 appearances. He also won two Premier League titles with the London club, including the historic unbeaten 2003/04 season.
