West Ham have dismissed Lopetegui. It is known who will be the next coach

West Ham have officially announced the dismissal of head coach Julen Lopetegui.

Details: Alongside the Spanish coach, the club also parted ways with his assistant Pablo Sanz, head of performance Óscar Caro, chief analyst Juan Vicente Peinado, fitness coach Borja De Alba, and technical coach Edu Rubio.

Quote: "The first half of the 2024/25 season did not meet the Club's ambitions, and therefore the Club has taken action in line with its objectives," the official statement read.

Reports indicate that West Ham are finalizing the details of a contract with Graham Potter as Lopetegui’s replacement. The Englishman is expected to sign a 2.5-year deal.

Reminder: Earlier reports revealed that West Ham canceled Lopetegui’s pre-match press conference ahead of the EFL Cup tie against Aston Villa.
