West Ham have recently completed the transfer of Wolverhampton defender Max Kilman, but the Hammers have no intention of stopping there and are ready to sign a forward in addition to him.
As Fabrizio Romano reports, the London club have agreed personal terms of contract with Aston Villa striker John Duran. Negotiations are now only continuing between the clubs with the aim of setting a price for the striker.
West Ham have offered a sum of £35 million, as well as 10 per cent of the player's subsequent resale. It is not yet known how Birmingham reacted to this proposal.
It will be recalled that Duran has been linked with a move to Chelsea London for a very long time, and it was reported that he even reached a verbal agreement to move to Stamford Bridge a few weeks ago.
