Al Ahly forward Wessam Abou Ali expressed his joy following his team’s 5-2 win against Ceramica Cleopatra in the Egyptian Premier League, a match held at Al Salam Stadium.
Abou Ali contributed significantly, scoring twice and setting up Taher Mohamed (the fifth goal). Reflecting on his assist, he said on Egypt's On Time Sports, “As a player, I must always consider my options with the ball. I initially saw Hussein El Shahat but spotted Taher unmarked, so I passed to him.”
Abou Ali also highlighted his dedication since the Egyptian Super Cup, emphasizing, “Playing for Al Ahly means everything to me. I’m here to make the fans happy, whether home or away.”
