The Formula 1 team Ferrari took to social media to extend birthday wishes to the legendary German driver Michael Schumacher on his 55th birthday.

“Buon Compleanno, Michael. We're always with you” signed a post in Ferrari.

Michael Schumacher indeed had a significant tenure with Ferrari, competing for the team from 1996 to 2006.

Schumacher is considered one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers in history, having secured seven world championships. Throughout his career, he set numerous Formula 1 world championship records: the most fastest laps (77), the most consecutive championship titles (5), and holds the second position in victories (91), podium finishes (155), and pole positions (68). The iconic German competed in 180 Grand Prix races, winning 72 of them.

Schumacher's last race was in 2012. In December 2013, he suffered a head injury while skiing at the Meribel Alpine Resort. There has been no official update on his condition, as Schumacher's family has kept his health status private.
