"We lost him" - Cristian Chivu confirms serious injury to Inter forward Lautaro Martínez

Inter Milan legend Cristian Chivu has shared extremely pessimistic forecasts regarding the health of team captain Lautaro Martínez after his injury in the Champions League match against Bodø/Glimt.

Details: In addition to a disappointing result on the pitch, the Nerazzurri lost their leader: captain Lautaro Martínez suffered a serious injury and was forced to leave the game in the 61st minute.

Head coach Cristian Chivu, commenting on the condition of the Argentine forward during the post-match press conference, did not hide his pessimism.

"I think we lost him. It looks serious," Chivu stated briefly and emotionally.

It should be noted that the match itself ended with a 3-1 victory for Norway’s Bodø/Glimt.
