“We have to wait.” Cantona asks not to judge Amorim by this season

This season, Manchester United fans can hardly consider it a success. Yes, the team continues to compete in the Europa League, but their performance in the Premier League can definitely be deemed a failure. However, "Red Devils" legend Eric Cantona does not blame head coach Ruben Amorim.

Details: Cantona emphasizes that the Portuguese coach joined the team mid-season and didn't have a significant opportunity to select the players he needed. Therefore, Amorim simply needs time, and only then should his work be evaluated.

Quote: "We have to wait and see. He did a great job in Lisbon and came in the middle of the season, so he didn't choose the players, I know he's not happy with the players. So we have to wait until this summer. It will be fairer to judge him next season because he will have to work with players he didn't pick," Cantona stated.

Reminder: In their latest match, Manchester United achieved an incredible victory over Lyon with a score of 5-4, becoming the first team in the history of European competitions to score two goals in the 120th minute.
