"We both made mistakes" - Neymar comments on training ground fight with Robinho's son

The conflict between Neymar and Robinho's son is almost resolved.

Details: In a recent interview, 34-year-old Santos winger Neymar addressed the scandalous incident that happened between him and the son of legendary Robinho during a Santos training session.

During that training, Neymar and Robinho Jr. clashed, and things quickly escalated into a fight. Neymar has since admitted he was in the wrong:

"I went too far, yes, I know that. I’ve already apologized, and I thought at the time we had settled it.

Anyone who plays football knows these things happen—it’s part of the game... Fists fly, there are slaps, all sorts of things.

That’s football, it’s just how it goes... But this should have been handled here, within the team, and instead it reached people who really don’t understand football, and they blew it all out of proportion!

We both made mistakes, I probably overreacted, but I did apologize." Neymar stated.
