The renowned Italian coach Antonio Conte has expressed his interest in coaching Bayern Munich in the upcoming season.

As per Bild, Conte is planning to offer his candidacy if the German champions decide to part ways with Thomas Tuchel. The Italian is open to taking on the role either in the summer or even mid-season.

Conte, who has won Serie A with Inter Milan and Juventus and clinched the English Premier League title with Chelsea, aims to add the Bundesliga trophy to his list of accomplishments with Bayern Munich. Conte sees Bayern as the ideal club for securing victory in the UEFA Champions League, a dream that remains at the forefront of his coaching ambitions.

Despite recent reports suggesting Ole Gunnar Solskjær as a potential candidate for the Bayern coaching position,

Conte's most recent coaching stint was with Tottenham, from which he was dismissed in March of the previous year.

Bayern Munich, facing three consecutive losses across all competitions for the first time since 2015, could be considering a change in coaching staff following an unexpected 2-3 defeat to Bochum on February 18. In the Bundesliga, Bayern is currently in second place, trailing Bayer Leverkusen by 8 points.
