WAFU-B: the groups for the CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers are known
The participating teams have been drawn into two groups following the draw.
Burkina Faso will host the WAFU-B qualifying tournament for the CAF Women’s Champions League from 23 August to 5 September 2026. With just a few days to go before the competition kicks off, the participating clubs now know who their opponents will be.
Group A comprises three clubs. These are USFA from Burkina Faso, who will play their home matches, Dynamique FC from Calavi, representing Benin, and Association Sportive de la Kozah from Togo.
Group B comprises four teams. It consists of ASEC Mimosas from Côte d’Ivoire, Ampem Darkoa FC from Ghana, Edo Queens FC from Nigeria and AS Garde Nationale from Niger.
The clubs taking part in the tournament will be aiming to secure their place in the next CAF Women’s Champions League.
