WAFCON 2026: Super Falcons Begin Training Camp in Casablanca Ahead of Tournament

Nigeria's Super Falcons are set to begin their preparations for the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) as the team's training camp opens in Casablanca on Monday.

Head coach Justine Madugu announced his final 25-player squad for the tournament last Friday, with all invited players expected to report to camp as preparations get underway.

Nigeria have been drawn in Group C, where they will face Malawi, Zambia, and Egypt in the group stage.

The Super Falcons will kick off their WAFCON 2026 campaign against Malawi's Scorchers at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday, July 28, before taking on Zambia and Egypt in their remaining group fixtures.
