WAFCON 2026: An Ivorian trio tops the dribbling charts after the group stage
Rosemonde Kouassi, N’Sira Ouédraogo and Rébecca Elloh have showcased their technical ability by attempting the most dribbles.
Ivory Coast are enjoying a strong run at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, currently taking place in Morocco. The Ivorian side had a near-flawless group stage, recording two wins and a draw.
But the Elephants are not only shining through these results. They are also excelling on an individual level, particularly when it comes to dribbling. Following the group stage, which concluded on Thursday 6 August, the three players who attempted the most dribbles are all from Ivory Coast.
Topping this ranking is Rosemonde Kouassi. The 24-year-old Ivorian forward has attempted 26 dribbles. She shares this top spot with her team-mate N’Sira Ouédraogo, who has also attempted 26 dribbles. The top three is rounded off by Rébecca Elloh, who has attempted 20 dribbles since the start of the tournament.
