Vozinha continues to shatter records, and now he's doing it off the pitch as well.

Details: The Cape Verde national team goalkeeper has overtaken Mia Khalifa on Instagram. The keeper's account now boasts 29.5 million followers, surpassing one of the most recognizable figures on social media, who sits at 28.8 million.

Back in June, 40-year-old Josimar Dias had just around 50,000 followers. Everything changed after a single World Cup match: in just a few hours, his audience exploded to two million, and from there, the numbers skyrocketed at an astronomical rate.

The reason is simple: an absolutely sensational tournament from the goalkeeper. Vozinha racked up 18 saves at the World Cup, kept clean sheets against both Spain and Saudi Arabia, and became just the third keeper in World Cup history to register multiple shutouts after the age of 40.

It's also worth noting that the long-running transfer saga has finally reached its climax: the goalkeeper, together with his agent, has flown to Chile to finalize his move to Colo-Colo. The deal is set for 18 months, running through December 2027, and the veteran will play under his famous nickname, for which the Chilean federation has granted special permission.

Reminder: Historic transfer on the brink! Vozinha may back out of Colo-Colo at the last minute.
