The turmoil in Barcelona's management continues, and the club may soon have a new president.
Details: According to Diario Sport, a vote of no confidence against club president Joan Laporta will be tabled today in Barcelona.
The initiative comes from opposition member Jordi Farré, who was also behind the 2020 vote of no confidence against former president Josep Bartomeu.
If a majority of Barcelona's board members support Farré's motion, the club will hold early presidential elections.
Reminder: Barcelona is facing issues with registering summer signings Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor for the second half of the season. If the club fails to register them by December 31, neither will be able to play for the rest of the campaign.
