Vinícius Júnior spotted with basketball star Angel Reese: just a meeting or something more?
Real Madrid's star Vinícius Júnior was recently photographed alongside WNBA player Angel Reese. The image, shared by Real Madrid news account Madrid Xtra on X, shows the two athletes smiling warmly as they pose together, with their arms around each other.
Vinícius opted for a casual look, donning a black t-shirt, while Angel stunned in a chic black dress with fur accents on the shoulders and sleeves.
Fans are now speculating whether this was simply a friendly encounter during Vinícius's time in the U.S. or if there’s something deeper to their interaction. Only time will tell.
Angel Reese, currently playing for the Chicago Sky, has had a remarkable season in the WNBA. She was named WNBA Player of the Month in July and participated in the WNBA All-Star Game. Additionally, Reese secured a gold medal with Team USA at the 2023 FIBA Women’s AmeriCup.
As for Vinícius, the Brazilian forward was recently honored as FIFA’s The Best Player of the Year. This recognition comes as a significant achievement after he narrowly missed out on the Ballon d’Or, finishing behind Manchester City’s Spanish midfielder Rodri.
