(VIDEO) The best simulants applaud. Comical fall of the Polish national team player

Yesterday's friendly match between Poland and Turkey was notable not only for the injuries in the "Kadra" squad but also for another incident.

In the second half, Poland and Verona's central defender, Paweł Dawidowicz, found himself in Turkey's penalty area and, after a light touch from an opponent, dramatically dove in hopes of earning a penalty.

Unsurprisingly, the referee did not fall for this trick.

It's worth noting that Poland secured a 2-1 victory. The winning goal was scored by Nicola Zalewski in the 90th minute.

In the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024, Poland will compete in a group against the Netherlands, France, and Austria.
