Former Barcelona and Brazil national team defender Dani Alves continues to feel the repercussions of his imprisonment for allegations of violence.

Yesterday in São Paulo, unknown individuals splattered white paint on the statue of Dani Alves, located near the stadium. Fans are demanding the removal of this statue.

As a reminder, Dani Alves has been sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment, with an additional 5 years on probation.

Earlier, Barcelona removed Dani Alves from the list of legends on the official team website, but later reinstated him.

Dani Alves played for São Paulo from 2019 to 2021, and his last club in his career was the Mexican team UNAM Pumas.
