Federico Valverde, now a key player for Real Madrid, might have ended up at a different top club had fate taken a different turn. The Uruguayan midfielder revealed that he once had a trial with a Premier League powerhouse.

Details: Valverde shared that at the age of 16, while still playing for Uruguayan side Peñarol, he was invited by Arsenal to train with their first team for a week. Although he didn’t join the London club, the experience left a lasting impression on him.
