Usyk names his desired next opponent
After successfully defeating Tyson Fury for the second time and defending all his titles, Oleksandr Usyk is now looking ahead to his next challenge.
Details: In an interview with DAZN, Usyk stated that he wants to face Daniel Dubois, who currently holds the IBF heavyweight title. By doing so, the Ukrainian aims to once again become the undisputed world heavyweight champion.
Meanwhile, the IBF heavyweight title fight between Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker will not take place at this stage, as Dubois has been forced to withdraw due to illness.
His place has been taken by Martin Bakole, a change that has already been officially confirmed. The fight is scheduled for February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Reminder: Earlier, Top Rank president Ben Jacobs stated that Tyson Fury could return to the ring for a fight against Anthony Joshua.
