However, the English club declined to pursue this option—there were neither official negotiations nor any meaningful discussions between the parties.
It is reported that Liverpool's management decided to focus on strengthening the right flank of the attack. Thus, despite the chance to snap up one of world football's biggest names, the Merseysiders showed no real interest in the deal.
Vinicius's current contract with Real runs until June 30, 2027, but negotiations over an extension have stalled. The Madrid club may consider selling the winger rather than risk losing him for free next summer.
