Unity Cup Final: Éric Chelle Confident Super Eagles Are Ready for Jamaica Clash

Éric Chelle has expressed strong confidence in his squad ahead of the Unity Cup final, insisting that Nigeria are fully prepared for their highly anticipated clash against Jamaica.

The Super Eagles will take on Jamaica for the third time in the history of the invitational tournament when both teams meet at The Valley on Saturday.

Speaking before the encounter, Chelle stated that his players are ready for every challenge the final could present, including the possibility of a penalty shootout.

“Penalties are part of the game, and it can decide who wins a match. Every time I go into a game, I have the mentality to win,” Chelle told thenff.com.

“This is the culture I have put in these boys – the winning culture. I don’t know if Saturday’s game will end in penalties; what I know is that I have prepared my team to win.”

The Unity Cup final is scheduled to kick off at 5:30 pm Nigerian time.
