Bayern Munich is looking to sign central defender Radu Dragusin from Genoa, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Sources indicate that Munich has submitted an offer to the Italian club. It is noted that the offer is slightly higher than Tottenham's proposal and does not include any players in exchange. While Spurs remain confident about a personal agreement, the decision now rests on the defender Radu Dragusin.

Earlier, it was reported that Tottenham had sent a final offer to Genoa amounting to €25 million plus €5 million in bonuses. It was expected that the club from Genoa would agree to these terms. It was also revealed that in return, Tottenham's right-back Jedd Spence would be going on loan to Genoa. The 23-year-old Englishman recently returned from a loan spell at Leeds earlier this month.

The 21-year-old Romanian center-back spent the previous season on loan at Genoa from Juventus and was permanently acquired by the club for €5.5 million in the summer.
