Following the departure of Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona are actively looking for a new striker, and an unexpected name has now emerged on their shortlist.

Details: According to Mundo Deportivo, Darwin Núñez was discussed during negotiations between Al Hilal and Barcelona regarding João Cancelo. It remains unclear which party suggested including the Uruguayan forward as part of a potential deal.

Barcelona have previously shown interest in Núñez, and with Lewandowski no longer at the club, the Catalan giants are in clear need of a new centre-forward to lead the line.
