Liverpool forward Luis Díaz has caught the attention of both Barcelona and Bayern Munich, and the Colombian is well aware of the interest. While he'd prefer to stay at Anfield, his patience isn't limitless.
Details: According to the Daily Mirror, the 28-year-old striker is reportedly ready to issue an ultimatum to Liverpool's management: either he gets a contract extension on improved terms, or he will request a transfer to one of the interested clubs.
Recall: Barcelona believes that winger Nico Williams from Athletic Bilbao used a similar situation to leverage interest from the club and secure a better deal for himself.
So far, Liverpool have managed to hold firm—responding with a decisive "no" to Bayern's approach at Anfield. Barcelona, however, are not backing down in their pursuit of the Colombian attacker, whose contract with the Reds runs until 2027.
