Undisputed world champion Naoya Inoue has signed a contract with Riyadh Season


The undisputed world champion in the super bantamweight division, Naoya Inoue, has signed an agreement with Turki Alalshikh and will compete in Riyadh Season.
Details: Yahoo Japan reported that Inoue will now also participate in matches organized by Saudi Arabia's Riyadh Season. The sponsorship deal is worth $19.7 million, though the contract duration remains undisclosed. It’s noted that the Riyadh Season logo will be displayed on the boxer’s shorts.
Quote: "Inoue is the best and strongest boxer of all time. He has a keen interest in Japan and the Japanese market. I hope he will become a good and important ambassador for Saudi Arabia and the Riyadh Season," stated Turki Alalshikh.
Incidentally, Inoue's next fight is scheduled for December 24 this year against mandatory IBF challenger, Australian Sam Goodman (19-0, 8 KOs).
Reminder: Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions and broadcaster DAZN have signed a partnership agreement, set to begin in April 2025.
