Egypt and Iran have contacted FIFA regarding the organization of their upcoming match.
Details: According to The Athletic, the Iranian Football Federation has sent an official request to FIFA demanding a ban on any advertising or events related to “LGBTQ+” during their World Cup match against Egypt.

It is reported that the match between Egypt and Iran was initially supposed to be a “Pride Match” dedicated to LGBTQ+ ideology. However, due to religious and personal beliefs, representatives from both teams have strongly urged FIFA to refrain from any LGBTQ+ displays or initiatives at the stadium on the day of their match.
The Egypt vs Iran game will take place at Lumen Field this Saturday.
