UEFA announces nominees for Champions League Player of the Week

UEFA has announced the contenders for the title of the best player of this week in the Champions League. Two goalkeepers have made it to the list.

According to the organization, the nominees are: Arsenal's goalkeeper David Raya, 17-year-old Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsi, Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, and Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.

Raya and Oblak played pivotal roles in the penalty shootouts against Porto and Inter Milan, respectively. Sancho marked his performance with a goal against PSV, while Cubarsi was recognized as the best player in the match against Napoli.
