U17 World Cup : Morocco faces Portugal

The Moroccan U17 team is preparing to take on Portugal in their second match of the 2025 U17 World Cup in Qatar. This Thursday, Morocco will face Portugal, a team looking to build on their success.

After an initial 2-0 defeat against Japan, the Moroccan coach emphasized the need for his players to show more determination to thwart the plans of the solid Portuguese team. This match, scheduled for 12:30 GMT, is a crucial slip-up for the Moroccans if they want to maintain any chance of qualifying for the Round of 16.

The young Moroccans will need to raise their game and be highly vigilant, especially against the opponent's talented attackers, to transform this European-African duel into a springboard to the next stage of the competition.
