In recent years, the Real Madrid youth academy has produced outstanding footballers, many of whom have begun their professional careers. However, not all of them remain in the main squad; some have moved to other clubs. Sergio Arribas plays for Almeria, while Carlos Dotor represents Sevilla, although "Los Blancos" still have the option to bring them back to their team, as there is a buyback clause in their contracts.

A similar situation may await Real Madrid at the end of the current season. According to reports from Relevo, two young talents from the team have received offers from La Liga and Segunda clubs. These players are Nico Paz and Mario Martine. If either of them does not secure a place in Carlo Ancelotti's squad for the next season, the club will have to decide whether to keep them in Castilla, loan them out, or sell their contract to another club. All of this is further complicated by the fact that the reserve team of Real Madrid is not far from the relegation zone of the Primera Federación.

Young players who have received offers from other clubs may take a step forward at the end of the current season, and Real Madrid will not hinder this process. However, despite this, "Los Blancos" will seek to include a buyback clause, as mentioned earlier.

Nico Paz has played four matches for the Real Madrid first team in La Liga, one in the Copa del Rey, and three in the UEFA Champions League. He scored one goal in European competition against Napoli. Mario Martine has made two appearances for the first team, both in the Copa del Rey, without registering any goals or assists.
