Two WBA Titles on the Line. Israil Madrimov vs Terence Crawford. Boxing Event Card in Los Angeles

Tonight at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, USA, a boxing night from the Riyadh Season series will take place.

The main event of this show features the current WBA super welterweight champion, Israil Madrimov from Uzbekistan, against American contender Terence Crawford.

Madrimov claimed the championship belt by knocking out Magomed Kurbanov in March this year. Prior to that, he earned the mandatory challenger title by defeating Michel Soro. This fight will be the Uzbek's first title defense.

Crawford was previously the undisputed champion. He won the vacant WBO title, then claimed the WBC belt from Viktor Postol, and in 2017, he secured all the remaining belts by defeating Julius Indongo. However, all these achievements were in the lightweight division, and this bout will be his first in the super welterweight category.

In the co-main event, another championship belt will be on the line. The current WBA super lightweight world champion, Mexican Isaac Cruz, will make his debut defense against compatriot Jose Valenzuela.
