The Stade Tunisien coach has resigned from his position. Chokri Khatoui cites personal reasons and is no longer able to fulfill his duties.
Chokri Khatoui leaves the club in third place in the Tunisian league with 26 points. However, the club was eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup in the second preliminary round by the Moroccan club OC Safi.
After a 2-0 defeat in the first leg, the club won 2-0 in the return leg, a victory that fell short of advancing to the CAF Confederation Cup group stage. The coach took full responsibility for this elimination.
