Try it for free! Cristiano Ronaldo invites fans to play in the 2nd season of UFL football video game

Cristiano Ronaldo announced a major update for the football video game UFL on his Instagram page and invited everyone to give it a try.
Ronaldo shared a promo video encouraging fans to play the game for free.
“Have you heard the news? @uflgame got a big update recently! Season 2 is on! Go and play for free! UFL is available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S,” the video caption reads.
It’s worth noting that UFL is a free-to-play football video game developed and published by Strikerz Inc. The game’s development began back in 2016 and stretched over eight years. The console version was released on December 5, 2024, while the PC version launched in the first half of 2025.
Cristiano Ronaldo was among a group of investors who poured £32 million into the project in 2023. Alongside Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku, Roberto Firmino, and Oleksandr Zinchenko, the Portuguese star also featured in a trailer released on January 27, 2022, which gave fans their first glimpse of the upcoming game’s gameplay.
