Details: Today, on the official page of French side Lille on social network X, it was announced that the club has decided not to extend its collaboration with the 59-year-old head coach Bruno Genesio.
It is reported that Genesio left his post today after contract talks broke down.
Genesio took charge of Lille in 2024. During his tenure, he led Lille in a total of 99 matches, recording 50 wins, 19 draws, and 30 defeats.
This season, Lille finished third in Ligue 1 and secured a Champions League spot, despite losing to Auxerre in the final round of the campaign.
