Neymar is set to appear in court.
Details: According to Metropoles, the personal cook of the 34-year-old Santos star has filed a lawsuit against the footballer, alleging he forced her to work overtime under harsh conditions at his mansion in Mangaratiba.
The woman accuses Neymar of breaching contract terms and making her cook for more than 150 people. She stated that she worked for Neymar from July 2025 until February 2026.

Despite her employment contract specifying a 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. workday, Neymar allegedly made her work much longer hours—sometimes up to 16 hours a day.
The woman also claims she developed severe spinal problems, as she had to carry heavy groceries and work without days off.
The plaintiff is asking the court to order Neymar to pay her 262,000 reais in compensation, as well as overtime, medical expenses, and a pension.
Neymar himself has yet to comment on these allegations.
