Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Karim Adeyemi has already agreed personal terms with Barcelona and informed Borussia Dortmund that he wants to move exclusively to the Catalan giants. Barcelona, in turn, have sent an official offer to the German club in an effort to seal the deal immediately.
The 24-year-old German winger's contract with Borussia Dortmund runs until June 2027, but the player has no intention of signing a new deal. That’s why this summer could prove pivotal for his future.
Negotiations between the clubs are ongoing. Barcelona are working hard to convince Borussia Dortmund to let the player go, while Adeyemi has made his stance clear — his only priority is a move to Barcelona.
It’s worth noting that last season Adeyemi scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists for Borussia Dortmund. Transfermarkt currently values the forward at €40 million.
