Forward Timo Werner of Tottenham wants to continue playing in London; currently, his contract belongs to Leipzig.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, he would be pleased to stay in London, but is currently awaiting Tottenham's decision. The buyout price stands at 17 million.

"I am greatly fond of this. Playing with this team, with these comrades, in such a style and at this stadium. I find it appealing here," Werner exclaimed.

It's worth noting that Timo has already played in England; on June 18, 2020, it was announced that the player would transfer to Chelsea from London club from July 1, 2020. The player's transfer fee amounted to around 50 million pounds. However, on August 9, 2022, he returned to Leipzig. In the winter of 2024, he returned to London.

As we previously mentioned, even if Tottenham decides not to purchase the striker's contract, considering his uncertain future at RB Leipzig, the likelihood of Werner staying with the "bulls" in the summer remains very high, despite his contract until 2026, as the player himself desires.
