Tottenham are currently in a very difficult situation, battling for survival in the Premier League and exploring every possible option to avoid relegation.

Details: According to TEAMtalk, the club’s hierarchy could appoint one of the players as head coach. If Spurs fail to find a replacement for Igor Tudor within the next two weeks, they will turn to a player-manager solution. Among the team’s leaders, Romero and Maddison are seen as potential candidates for the role.

We previously reported that the contract of centre-back Cristian Romero includes a special clause allowing him to leave Tottenham and join one of three leading La Liga clubs: Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, or Barcelona.

Reminder: A meeting took place between Tottenham’s management and current head coach Igor Tudor, during which both parties agreed to part ways.
