Torino finds replacement for injured Zapata in former Inter and Man City forward

Italian club Torino recently lost forward Duván Zapata for an extended period and is now seeking a new striker. With the transfer window closed, the club is looking at free agents as potential options.
Details: According to La Stampa, Torino is considering former Inter and Manchester City forward Mario Balotelli among other candidates. However, the club aims to bring in a striker solely as a temporary substitute for Zapata, not as a long-term addition to the squad.
Reminder: Previously, Balotelli himself expressed that his priority was joining a Serie A team, rejecting numerous international offers, including from the United States, Brazil, and India. Zapata tore his cruciate ligament and also injured his meniscus, which means the Colombian will be out for the rest of the season.
