Top clubs target PSV winger

PSV pupil Johan Bakayoko has been showing good form for the Eindhoven-based side this season, which has attracted the attention of top clubs to the 20-year-old winger.

On the back of scoring just four goals in his last 16 games, media reports about him have somewhat subsided, but information from Sky Germany's Patrick Berger should reignite interest in the player.

According to his report, Bakayoko has been identified as the No.1 transfer target for the summer by Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, PSG and Borussia Dortmund, who have already put the winger on their shortlists. But inviting the 20-year-old Belgian will not be cheap for them.

Thus, PSV estimate their young talent in the region of 50-60 million euros. This immediately excludes the Bumblebees from the list of contenders for the player, while Liverpool and Chelsea are ready to fight for him.

Bakayoko has scored eight goals and 13 assists in 40 games for PSV this season. Transfermarkt values him at €40 million.
