Tolu Arokodare Breaks Silence on Wolves Training Controversy

Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare has responded to reports linking him with a training-ground dispute at Wolverhampton Wanderers, insisting that several of the claims circulating in the media are inaccurate.

The Nigerian forward was recently the subject of reports alleging that he refused to leave the training pitch after being instructed not to take part in first-team sessions. However, Arokodare has now publicly addressed the situation.

In a statement shared on his official X account, the striker expressed his disappointment over the reports and reaffirmed his professionalism.

"I was very surprised and disappointed to see the media reports today, many of which are inaccurate.

Throughout my career, I have always taken great pride in conducting myself professionally and maintaining the highest training standards."

I remain under contract with Wolves, and my only intention is to fulfil my responsibilities professionally by training, doing my job, and contributing to the team in accordance with that contract.
