Time to say goodbye. Barcelona ready to let Araujo go this summer. Manchester United already preparing an offer...
The Blaugrana are set to radically overhaul the heart of their defense during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Details: According to Topskills Sports UK, the Catalan club's management has decided not to hold on to 27-year-old Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo, giving the green light for his transfer during the summer window.

It is reported that Araujo's unsteady performances and psychological struggles have finally convinced Barcelona's hierarchy of the need for a complete rebuild of their central defensive line for the new season. The Catalans intend to invest the proceeds from Araujo's sale directly into strengthening their backline.
The main contenders for Ronald Araujo at the moment are believed to be Manchester United and Chelsea. While Chelsea are closely monitoring the situation around the Uruguayan, the Red Devils are showing greater resolve and are already preparing to open talks with Araujo's representatives, viewing him as a quality replacement for the departing Harry Maguire.
However, Barcelona have made it clear that Araujo will not leave for less than €100 million.
This season, Araujo has featured in 27 matches for the Blaugrana, scoring 3 goals. His current contract with Barcelona runs until 2031, and his market value is estimated at €25 million by Transfermarkt.
