Thibang Phete set to continue his career in South Africa! Who's interested?

According to The South African, Kaizer Chiefs are ramping up their squad ahead of the new season.

Details: 30-year-old central defender Thibang Phete, a player with Bafana Bafana experience, is set to join Kaizer Chiefs as a free agent.

Phete made his return to professional football in March. After recovering from a serious injury, he signed with Icelandic side Vestri, played in seven out of a possible twelve matches, and made a solid impression.

Sources report that negotiations are already underway and both parties are optimistic, aiming to finalize the deal soon.
