Thiago Motta has set the final straight on Chiesa's future at Juventus
Juventus head coach Thiago Motta has definitively addressed the future of Federico Chiesa in Turin.
According to the Bianconeri manager, the Italian winger is not part of the club's plans.
“Our stance on Federico Chiesa remains unchanged. He is not in our plans. We have spoken to him about it. This is a demonstration of my respect for everyone. Transparency and clarity are how I communicate with my players,” the coach told Fabrizio Romano.
It was previously reported that the 26-year-old forward has been excluded from training with Juventus’ first team and is currently training individually.
Chiesa's current contract with Juventus runs until the summer of 2025, and the club is actively seeking potential buyers.
Last season, the Italian international played 33 Serie A matches, scoring 9 goals and providing 3 assists.
