Brentford hosts Arsenal in the 19th round of the Premier League.
The teams exchanged goals in the first half: Bryan Mbeumo’s strike for the Bees was matched by Gabriel Jesus for the Gunners.
The Bees opened the scoring with their very first shot on target — a feat they have achieved several times this season.
Details. This was the eighth time this season that Brentford scored with their first shot on target in a Premier League match (excluding own goals). No other team has managed this as many times in the current campaign.
Recall. Brentford entered the match against Arsenal with 24 points, sitting in 12th place in the Premier League table.
