"They know who I am": Kaká shares a funny story about Ronaldo and Ancelotti during their Milan days
AC Milan legend Kaká revealed a humorous anecdote about a lighthearted exchange between Brazilian teammate Ronaldo and manager Carlo Ancelotti during their time at the club.
In an interview with Shoot for Love, Kaká recounted the playful atmosphere among the Brazilian players, which included Dida, Serginho, Cafu, Ronaldo, and himself.
One day, the group was chatting and laughing loudly in the locker room, catching Ancelotti’s attention from his office. Curious, Ancelotti came into the locker room to investigate.
"So he came to our changing room and said: 'Guys, why are you laughing? We have an important game tomorrow'. And we said: 'Mister, football is like this, you know. You have to have fun and everything'. And he asked Ronaldo: 'Do you know which team we're going to face tomorrow?' And Ronaldo said: 'Yes, Siena'. And he asked Ronaldo: ‘Do you know who are their defenders?’ And Ronaldo said: 'No, but I'm pretty sure that they know me'"
Kaká and the interviewer burst into laughter, reliving the iconic humor and confidence of Ronaldo. The story perfectly highlights the relaxed yet competitive spirit of Milan's legendary squad under Ancelotti.
