Colo-Colo star Arturo Vidal has shared with his Instagram followers another trip to the gym. This time, he was joined by his partner, Sonia Isaza.
In the video posted by the Chilean midfielder, you can see the couple working out with dumbbells and performing exercises on various machines. Sonia Isaza captioned the video: “Together, the team weighs less 💪❤️ When one falls, the other lifts them up. This is how you train, this is how you love. 😍♥️💪🏽. Training with my king 👑 @kingarturo23oficial.”
It’s worth noting that Sonia Isaza previously competed in bodybuilding and now works as a fitness coach, developing her own gym training programs.
Arturo Vidal is currently playing for Chilean side Colo-Colo. Just recently, he took part in another league match, but it turned out to be a tough night. Colo-Colo lost 2-1 to Audax Italiano, and Vidal was sent off in stoppage time after receiving a second yellow card.
