Young central midfielder Eduardo Camavinga of Real Madrid has stated that he could potentially conclude his career at his current club.

"Real Madrid is the dream of the whole world as a club. Can I retire here at Real? Yes, of course," expressed Camavinga in a statement to Telefoot.

Camavinga made the move to Real Madrid from Rennes in the summer of 2021 for a fee of 31 million euros. In total, he has already amassed 130 appearances, scored 2 goals, and provided 6 assists for the Madrid side. Notably, in the previous season, when the team faced significant personnel challenges, he stood out with performances in the left-back position.

In the current season, Camavinga has played in 31 matches, contributing 2 assists.

The 21-year-old Frenchman's contract with Real Madrid is set to run until June 2029.
