Defender Tiago Djalo, the player of French club Lille and the Portuguese youth national team, is making a move to Juventus. The Italian club will pay €3.5 million for the player, with a clause in the contract entailing a ten percent compensation in the event of the player's resale. The contract is set until June 2028, as reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano.

According to sources, there is already an oral agreement between the clubs, and the official contracts are being prepared. The 23-year-old player is expected to arrive in Turin for a medical examination on Wednesday.

Tiago Djalo is a product of the youth academies of Portuguese clubs Metralhas and Damaiense. In 2013, he joined the youth academy of Sporting Lisbon. He made his debut for Sporting's reserve team in the Portuguese Second League in February 2018. In his debut season with Sporting B, he played twelve matches, scoring one goal.

During the winter transfer window in 2019, he moved to AC Milan for €1 million. After featuring in thirteen matches for Milan's youth team, he transferred to Lille for €4 million.

Djalo has accumulated a total of 102 appearances for the French club, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
