Marcus Rashford, still a Manchester United player for now, remains dedicated to maintaining peak physical condition through individual training sessions. The forward has shared a new personal snapshot from his workout in his Instagram story.

It's worth noting that Rashford has returned to Manchester United after his loan spell at Aston Villa, as he remains contracted to the Red Devils. However, Rashford is almost certain to depart his boyhood club soon, with an exit expected in the near future.

Reports suggest that Barcelona are set to sign him, with the Catalan giants showing strong interest in the English winger. Rashford himself is keen on making the move to Catalonia.
